This is our first full session when we can fully explore the background to your case and discuss options of different strategies to see how you would like to go forward and what sort of program we could be looking at. We will also discuss what plan would work best for you, eg a fixed term or an open ended one. We will also incorporate the most appropriate therapy within this session. The cost for this first session / initial appointment is at the same rate.
